Bounce and Barre

We love hybrid classes, as it gives us an opportunity to work on different parts of our body. Did you know that if you put trampoline standing position, we can use it as a barre? I know, how cool!

Pom Pom Squad

Now, are you ready for a real fun experience?! I hope you do, because this new type of dancing class will make you dance like a real Cheerleader of your own! Here we use Pom Pom and we know that it will boost your energy on top level and you will just LOVE it. All the classes are going side by side with awesome music and fun choreography!

Yoga

what you need to know

Yoga works both with the sould and the body. Practices bring you inner harmony, and help to properly and safely pump the body. There are no contraindications for yoga, which means it is suitable for all people with different levels of training. There are three types of yoga in our studio:

-Ashtanga, where we work more on the mental state;

-Hatha, of medium difficulty with an emphasis on relaxation;

-Vinyasa Flow, active and the most difficult type.
